We’re getting towards the end of the editing process with Cicerone for the new guidebook, and it’s looking pretty good. The only thing we’re short of are accurate ascent and descent figures for each stage, plus estimated walk times. The rest of it is complete, has gone through proofreading, and will shortly be in final layout. Publication date is early 2023. Apologies for the delay, but Covid made walking trips up to Scotland difficult for a long time, shut down all the accommodation, etc etc. I’m heading back up there in a couple of weeks to walk the route cleanly with my Satnav to get the final figures.
